The basic tenet of the present invention is to make things easier and more convenient. The need of the hour is to make the majority of the digital things. The institutions or clinics that have migrated to digital documents are mainly private corporate hospitals. It's been said that regularly Medical Council of India should improve its medical practices reducing errors that occur during treatment. And Indian government is also favour of digitization so we can hope at the end of this year every hospital must start making and managing electronic health records. That is very easy, convenient and bring transparency between patient and doctor relationship.
